The following rates are our standard rates, discounts will apply upon check-in. If you do not belong to a discount club have no fear we can sign you up at registration and you will receive the appropriate discount at that time so go ahead and make your reservation today!

Prices may vary on holidays and weekends
Camping Includes up to 2 adults and 2 children.
Extra persons that spend the night are 3.00 per day per site & 5.00 for cabin, camper and motel rooms.
Pool Guests (Non-Registered Campers) are 3.00 for Adults and 2.00 for children.
Seasonal Sites are available for campers who want to spend the summer and fall in the Great Smoky Mountains from May-Oct for 1,900.00. If you want to winter camp the cost is an additional fee and we offer limited services during the winter months.
Motel Rooms are available currently by call 828-497-3944 and they are from 45.00 2 adults and 2 kids. We do have monthly and yearly apartment rentals also available.
The rates do increase on special event weekends, holiday weekends and check-ins after 11:00 P.M.
Camper Rentals include microwave, and cable TV. Two day minimums on these rentals. These are all modern and come completely furnished, all you need is your toothbrush. They range in price according to the number of people and size of the unit. Rates are from 65.00.
Camping Cabins have a Full size bed, bunk beds, toilet (No Shower), sink, a small refrigerator/freezer , microwave and a small TV with cable plus the linens are provided. Picnic tables and fire rings are available if requested. We do not provide grills but you are welcome to bring your own. The price varies according to the number of people and the cabin. Rates are from 45.00 per night . We do have some cabins with 2 bunk beds in them, the bunks are twin size.
Monthly Rates: We have monthly rates from 375.00 which includes water, elec, sewer, cable and tax for a 30 amp back-in site. If you want to save money and have the time this is the way to go especially with the high gas prices.

We are also a Good Sam Park with great ratings. Our facilities meet and exceed all of their requirements.
NOTE: Discount club card holders will receive the appropriate discount upon check-in. You may still make a reservation on-line even though your discount is not applied at the time of the reservation. We are updating the system to include discount club rates.
NOTE: Recreation USA, Good Neighbor, Happy Camping clubs are honored during the week or on space available basis and the sites are back-in sites but you may upgrade to a paved pull-thru site for 5.00 or 10.00 for a 50 amp paved pull-thru.
NOTE: GOOD SAM, Senior Citizen AARP and AAA are always honored
NOTE: Passport of America is always honored except the first two weeks in July, you may come in during this time and if we have a site open will will accept the P.A. price but no advance reservations can be made for these 2 weeks.
Woodall's Rating is 3 for Facilities and 2 for Recreation out of a total of 5.
Trailer Life Rating is an overall 8 out of a total of 10.
